Professional branding in the real estate and residential sector

Immobilien Praxis Köll (Oberperfuss, Austria) provides expert knowledge of the Austrian real estate and housing industry, especially in the non-profit sector. It focuses on particularly practical and understandable communication "at eye level." In addition to continuing education through training courses and lectures, the service offering also includes traditional expert support activities.


We were hired to develop and implement a branding that conveys modernity and dynamism. With this, Immobilien Praxis Köll consciously aims to break away from the "dusty" and conservative image of the industry.

The logo design is based on reality. It depicts the floor plan of a property from a property appraisal by Dr. Daniel Köll, MSc. This floor plan holds the logo lettering suspended in midair. An expressive red (primary color Dynamic Red) and the slanted position of the floor plan convey the desired dynamism. To ensure maximum flexibility in a cross-media environment, a mini logo design is available in addition to the main logo design.


The color scheme of Immobilien Praxis Köll is professional, dynamic, and appealing. The primary colors are an expressive Dynamic Red (Pantone) and a deep Night Blue. The secondary colors Dynamic Green, Dynamic Turquoise, Deep Black, and various shades of gray expand the color scheme to offer more flexibility and sufficient scope for action.


The Finador and Finador Slab fonts serve as the corporate typefaces for this branding. This large typeface family is functional and friendly, offers excellent legibility in various environments and sizes, and features a wide range of glyphs and weights. The technical maturity of these typefaces is particularly noteworthy: All weights feature the Eszett capital letter, which was introduced into the German alphabet only a few years ago.

Secondary style elements (SSE) serve as visual constants that run throughout the entire corporate design. This visually holds the brand together. The secondary style element in this branding derives from the basic layout in the logo design.


The fully responsive website was built on Wix Studio. The branding was fully implemented on the homepage. The website impresses with its clarity, structure, intuitive user navigation, and innovative, completely reimagined user interactions.


The Corporate Design Manual documents the branding and ensures its longevity.
