WEBSHOP DATA STORAGE

We point out that for the purpose of a simpler purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing by the webshop operator in the context of cookies, the IP data of the connection owner, as well as the name and address of the buyer, are stored and pseudonymized. Payment-related data, such as bank account numbers, credit card numbers, the buyer's PayPal access data are stored by a third party, such as Wirecard or PayPal, and are not submitted to the webshop operator.

After termination of the shopping process, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract, all data relating to the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the taxable storage period (7 years).

Data is processed on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 of Clause 3 of the Telecommunications Act, as well as provisions (a) (consent) and/or b (necessary for the performance of a contract) of Clause 1 of Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The data provided by you is necessary for the performance of the contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures. We cannot enter into a contract with you without this data. The data will not be disclosed to third parties, with the exception of the disclosure of the name and address to our tax advisor in the performance of our fiscal obligations, and in certain cases to sub-providers of services, if necessary for performance of the order (obligation to inform in accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation).

WEB ANALYSIS

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider's server and stored there.

This only affects you if you actively agree to the corresponding cookies yourself. When you visit our website for the first time, the corresponding cookie consent banner will be displayed automatically and you can decide for yourself which cookies you allow and which you do not.

We have concluded a corresponding contract for order data processing with the provider.

Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymised. As a result, only a rough localization is possible.
The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the EU-US Privacy Shield. Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymised.
