Our understanding of sustainability
Sustainability is not an add-on topic or a marketing argument for us. It is part of our way of working, our decisions, and our understanding of good design.
We understand sustainability as long-term, meaningful action – economically, organizationally, and creatively. Instead of symbolism or short-term effects, we focus on solutions that have a lasting impact, are viable in everyday life, and have real consequences. This applies to ourselves as well as to the companies we work with.


Sustainability through working methods and infrastructure
Our work is consistently organized digitally. We work 100% remotely, rely on virtual meetings instead of unnecessary travel, and consciously keep our paper consumption to a minimum. Processes, coordination, and handovers are all done digitally – not as a matter of principle, but out of conviction.
We also act consciously in our handling of technology. App testing devices are preferably purchased refurbished, hardware is used long-term, and consumables such as printer cartridges are returned to the manufacturer for proper disposal.
Our web design projects are based on a cloud-based, scalable infrastructure with the clear goal of creating long-lasting digital solutions – instead of regularly setting up new systems or rebuilding websites.
Sustainability through work models and mobility
Sustainability for us is not just about resources, but also about people. Our work models are designed to ensure sustained performance – without overwork, without knee-jerk reactions, without short-sighted thinking.
Flexible working hours, results-oriented work, and a healthy work-life balance are not just benefits for us, but prerequisites for sustainable quality. Where in-person meetings are necessary, we consciously prioritize resource-efficient transportation, consolidate on-site appointments, and favor public transport. Digital collaboration remains the standard.

Our internal sustainability work complements our client projects; it does not replace them.
