Spedijobs
Branding for recruiters in logistics
Client:
Spedijobs
Industry:
Recruiting
Services:
Branding, Logo
Challenge:
Introduction of a completely new, digital product that requires explanation in a conservative market environment. Desired perception: "Google of the freight forwarding industry".
What we did:
Professional branding with animated logo including documentation in the corporate design manual.
Result:
Easy-to-implement branding across various communication channels. Immediate brand recognition thanks to its bold colors in search engine style on all platforms.

Spedijobs helps companies in the logistics sector find suitable drivers and commercial staff. It combines a job platform and a job application management tool into a single system. A pay-per-click model on the platform simplifies billing for companies. Interfaces to hundreds of media partners and automated multilingual support ensure maximum reach for job postings. Furthermore, it offers monetary incentives for employee referrals. Spedijobs aims to revolutionize the recruitment process for companies in the logistics sector and combat the driver shortage.
We developed a branding that portrays Spedijobs as an innovative and solution-oriented brand. The Spedijobs logo design brings together two opposing identities: the job seeker on the one hand, and the employer on the other. The logo's core message is the perfect match, straightforward, clear, and direct. Furthermore, the shape of the symbol in the logo design is reminiscent of an "s" (for spedijobs) and, in the broadest sense, a forklift.

The color scheme of Spedijobs' branding is bold and rich, subtly reminiscent of search engine giant Google, and reflects the brand's values. The primary colors represent the brand's main colors, which are used most of the time. The secondary colors expand the color scheme to offer more flexibility and sufficient scope for action.
The Saira font family serves as the corporate font in the Spedijobs branding. Saira is a sans serif grotesque with a modern look and feel, a geometric appearance, and excellent legibility, especially in a digital environment. As the corporate font of the Spedifort brand, for which we designed a new branding several years ago, Saira creates a subtle bridge to Spedijobs and can therefore remain integrated into existing IT systems.

"Super Service!!!"

Secondary style elements and patterns serve as visual constants that run through the entire branding. This visually holds the brand together and conveys the Spedijobs look and feel through all communication media, which contributes significantly to brand building. The secondary style elements arise from the symbol in the logo design. The SSE text pin is an element from the logo symbol and holds a two- or three-line text firmly in place. This allows short texts to be strongly emphasized. The SSE media pin, on the other hand, results from the merging of both halves of the logo symbol (as illustrated in the logo design animation) and serves as a visual anchor that multimedia assets are based on. The Spedijobs pattern results from a single-color logo symbol grid and can basically be used in all company colors to ensure maximum flexibility.
